Refund Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

We want you to pay only for something that helped. Here is when you get your money back.

Fixes ($99 / $299 / $599) — our guarantee

If the re-scan after our fix still finds the same problem, we fix it again for free, or refund you — your choice.

Also:

  • If we can't start the work (for example, we can't fix that kind of problem on your platform), we refund in full.
  • If you cancel before we've started work, we refund in full.
  • If you cancel after we've started, [Owner decision: full refund / partial refund for work done / no refund].

The guarantee covers the specific problems included in the package you bought. It doesn't cover new problems introduced later by changes to your app made by you, your platform or someone else.

Full report ($19)

  • If the scan failed and we couldn't deliver a report, we refund in full.
  • If the report is clearly wrong about your app (for example, most findings are false positives), tell us and we'll refund. [Owner decision: keep or remove.]
  • [Owner decision: any other refund window for reports, e.g. "no questions asked within N days".]

The $19 counts toward any fix you order for the same app, so you don't pay for it twice.

Monitoring ($29/month, studios $99/month)

  • Cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • [Owner decision: refund for the current month if requested within N days of renewal, or no partial-month refunds.]

How to ask

Email hello@okaytoship.com with your order email and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't take away any refund or cancellation rights you have under consumer law where you live.
